Bible Studies
Morning/Evening devotion discussions and individual studies.
Biblical Counseling
One on one counseling using the bible to address the root issues.
Employment Assistance
Partnerships with Business, Goodwill 2nd Chance Programs.
Financial Responsibility
Learn Budgeting, wants vs. needs, and how to save wisely.
Family Reconciliation
Take ownership, learn to forgive, learn godly mothering skills.
Job Skills Training
Volunteer locally; Earn money for work projects and home repairs, Work One Resources close by.
Long-Term Life Skills
Learn budget shopping & cooking, cleaning, time management, thinking with a goal-centered mindset, to communicate with respect and positive outcomes.
Healthy Nutrition
Learn healthy, efficient cooking with natural ingredients.
Exercise & Fitness
Required to work out 4 times weekly, outside in warmer weather.

In practice
Most of it happens at a table.
This is not a lecture course. It is counseling, chores, cooking, work and study, in a home with six other women, every day for as long as you stay.
